One project = lots of skills! Our Service and Facilities Industries class is in the final stages of their most recent project of building and finishing a 4x2 wall that includes a wired outlet and switch. The project requires everything from initial 2x4 construction through to the tape, bed, and texture of the sheetrock. #TrainingToSucceed

PTC Superintendent, Travis Graham, welcoming the Ada Chamber of Commerce Leadership Ada class to our campus this morning. Mr. Graham spoke about Oklahoma Career Tech and Pontotoc Technology Center's impact in our communities and across the state.

NEW Barber program at Pontotoc Tech! The program will provide hands-on training with an expert instructor, preparing students to pass the state board licensure exam and succeed in a growing profession. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics employment in barbering is projected to grow by 8% from 2022 to 2032. This may be a great time to launch a career in this high-demand field.
