The Academic Center provides academic support in reading, math and language skills to students enrolled in PTC Career Majors and Short-term Classes.
The hours of the Academic Center are Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm.

Bus transportation to-and-from Pontotoc Technology Center for high school students is provided. Click for the current bus schedule.
High School Students can attend either the morning or afternoon session. The morning session is from 7:55am-11:00am or
the afternoon session is from 12:00pm-3:05pm.
PTC provides student-centered counseling by certified and licensed professional counselor. The counselor facilitates student development in the academic, career, and personal/social areas through a highly individualized approach.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal law, requires that the technology center, with certain exceptions, obtain your written consent prior to the disclosure of personally identifiable information from your or your minor student’s education records. However, the technology center may disclose appropriately designated “directory information” without written consent, unless you have advised the technology center to the contrary in accordance with technology center procedures.
